Gerda works on understated elegance — a stylish entrance without shouting for it. The balconette neckline is finished with refined braid trim that carries the eye, and the skirt is decorated with delicate ornament that gives the whole dress a gentle character. Bodice and apron are kept deliberately simple, and three rows of braid at the skirt hem and on the apron round it off.
Closes with a front zipper. Two side pockets in the skirt. Sleeveless, fitted cut — a dirndl should sit close to the body. Julia Trentini pairs it with a traditional blouse.
